Six weeks from first call to a coaching system built around how you work. Then it’s yours to keep building, with your preferred AI tool.
Week 1: Define it
We map how you coach today and agree what version one brings together: the screens, the data and what it must do. You see the blueprint before anything is built.
Weeks 2–5: Build it
We set up your foundation and build your system with you, with a check-in each week.
Week 6: Use it
It goes live on your real coaching data. You keep the blueprint, files and builder instructions, with three months of support.

Building
What can I build?
Start with an interactive page or tool: a review dashboard, a calculator, a race brief or a workflow around how you coach. The current trial uses example content; rider sign-in and applications running their own server code are not available yet.
How does the free tester work?
Try the public interactive example without an account. It uses fictional athletes and prepared views. Sign in to build from your own description: three creation or refinement attempts, with no card required. Failed attempts count. Saved projects remain available when your allowance runs out, so you can continue with the same work.
Will you build anything I ask for?
We agree one achievable first system together before starting. Your blueprint defines its screens, data, integrations and release criteria. Launch is a guided implementation with a clear finish, not an open-ended custom development contract.
What can I use today?
Sign in to create and refine interactive pages, save your work, share a version and set up a MovePacket address. You can also connect an external builder. Paid MovePacket, rider sign-in and applications with their own server code are not available yet.

Who controls what I build?
You choose how your software works and can download its project files and data. Exports let you continue elsewhere with replacement hosting and any services it needs. Third-party tools and generated content remain subject to their applicable terms.
What happens to my data, and can I export it?
Private records stay within your workspace’s access controls. Publishing is a separate sharing decision. Settings → Privacy & exports provides projects, private records and uploaded files, with a contents guide and checksums. Data held only in external services must be exported there. See the privacy notice for handling and retention.
Existing tools
Do I need to understand APIs or have an AI account?
No AI account is needed for the first-project experience. Describe your idea in MovePacket. Connecting your preferred builder is optional; it uses that provider’s account and billing.
Can I keep my training software, and what connects?
Yes. Keep the tools that work for your business. Data Connect supports FIT uploads and Event Intelligence supports GPX course analysis for authorised beta workspaces. Automatic platform sync and arbitrary payment or messaging connections are not included. See supported connections and scope.
Running it
What’s included in the foundation?
Hosting, private records, file storage, your MovePacket address with HTTPS, workspace sign-in, scoped builder connections, published versions and exports. Hosting, storage and processing allowances apply. See verified controls and recovery limits.
How much hosting and storage is included?
One subscription covers your coaching business, within its hosting, storage and processing allowances. Ride files, coaching records and saved project versions all use storage. Athlete count does not change the base price.
Larger workspaces may need paid extra capacity. We’ll publish the included allowances and capacity prices before paid subscriptions open, and show you the price before you choose an upgrade. Extra hosting charges require your approval.
Building balance and ride or course analysis have separate allowances.
How does the building balance work?
MovePacket includes US$10 building balance each month. Building uses that balance; hosting is covered by your subscription. Optional top-ups will open with paid subscriptions. External builders keep their own billing.
Which capabilities cost extra?
Data processing, course analysis and optional AI have their own usage allowances. Additional capability rates are not priced yet. Provider accounts and charges remain separate.
Are domains, weather and other services included?
A MovePacket subdomain is included with MovePacket. Custom domains and domain purchases are not available yet. Services you connect directly retain their own bills. Each managed capability will list the provider calls included in its rate.
Billing
Is Launch a different subscription?
No. Both choices use the same US$99/month MovePacket subscription. Solo Launch adds a US$1,299 one-off engagement to define, configure and guide one first system into use. During launch, Build Together is US$799 each for two independent users joining together; each person keeps their own US$99/month subscription.
What does three months of support include?
Implementation questions, troubleshooting and feedback on the agreed first system, with scheduled check-ins and help between sessions. We agree the schedule, channel and response expectations in your blueprint before payment. Support runs for three months from kickoff; new feature development is scoped separately.
Does every page need its own subscription?
MovePacket is one subscription per coaching business. You can build multiple pages and features within its hosting, storage and processing allowances.
Does reading a report cost another analysis?
Reading a saved result is different from running a new analysis. Read, storage and refresh rates: not priced yet.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
When paid subscriptions open, your first Core subscription payment comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If MovePacket isn’t right for you, email damian@semiprocycling.com within 30 days of that payment and we’ll refund it. No checklist or proof of results required.
The guarantee covers your first Core subscription payment. Launch implementation fees, separately purchased usage and third-party charges have their own terms. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
How does cancellation work?
Paid subscriptions are not open yet. Cancellation terms will be shown before they open. Launch scope, support and payment terms are agreed before you pay. Contact Damian with questions.
