Your account and usage

Your MovePacket account owns your workspace and projects. Core is organised around the coaching business, rather than a separate subscription for every page you build.

The current customer onboarding environment is in test mode. Test checkout takes no real payment. Live subscriptions, paid building credits and top-ups are not active yet. Use the pricing page for the current offer and your workspace for its actual entitlement and allowance.

Understand the three kinds of usage#

Area What it covers Where to look
Core The supported hosted-project foundation Project options → Foundation, and Billing → MovePacket subscription
MovePacket AI building Creating or refining a page inside MovePacket Billing → Usage
Capabilities Jobs such as processing a ride or analysing a course Integrations → Capabilities and the relevant authorised API

Your own AI builder and directly connected provider accounts have their own billing. Work done in Codex, Cursor or Claude does not spend the MovePacket AI test allowance. Hosting and capability use remain separate from that builder subscription.

Your current building allowance#

Open Credits at the bottom of the menu to reach Billing, then choose Usage. It shows the attempts remaining, completed and failed builds, and recent building history. The test allowance is shared across projects, includes failed attempts and does not reset monthly. Use the number shown for your account; creating another project does not create another allowance.

A successful test checkout does not add a paid AI balance. Recorded token totals describe AI processing, not a charge or a complete infrastructure bill.

Add another project#

Choose New project in Projects. Give it its own name and setup choices. An active Core test subscription can provision additional projects without another checkout, within the product's current limits.

Each project still has separate hosting, version history and builder access. Multiple projects do not imply unlimited storage, processing or API usage.

Account and subscription settings#

Use Settings for your account, and Billing → MovePacket subscription (the Core subscription page) for the available subscription-management controls. Use the sign-in page for password recovery. Opening a private hosted project uses the same owner account; it does not require another subscription or login identity.

If subscription verification needs attention, return to the existing project's setup or Settings. Do not create duplicate projects or repeat checkout to bypass an unresolved state.
